Cancellation and Refund

At Kerala Ayurvedic Jaipur, we value your time & try to offer the best possible service. Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to be fair to both our clients and our team. Please read the following terms carefully before booking any appointment or therapy session.

1. Appointment Cancellation

• • Clients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance in case they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
• • Cancellations made within the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund.
• • In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we may consider rescheduling your session upon request.

2. Refund Policy

• • Consultations/Therapies once availed are non-refundable.
• • Advance payments made for appointments or therapy packages are refundable only if cancellation is done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• • In case of payment made for a multi-session package, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of the management.

3. Online Payment Refund Timeline

• If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days.

4. Clinic Rights

• • Kerala Ayurvedic Jaipur reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner availability, holidays, or unforeseen situations.
• • In such cases, a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled as per mutual convenience.
